The Board of Directors has approved revisions to the SFS by-laws, with a summary provided here. For reference, the current constitution and by-laws can be found here. The proposed revised version of the by-laws can be read here. This revision will be voted on by the membership at the annual Membership Business Lunch in Salt Lake City.
