The EDTC unanimously re-elected Nanette DeWester to continue as chair, Scott Charmoy as vice chair, Tracy Carlucci as secretary, and Nate Yordon as treasurer.

“I’m honored to again lead an aligned team who cares passionately about the good of the community,” stated DeWester in a press release. “The Democrats are committed to working together for responsive and transparent local government with civility and compassion.”

The Democrats said they will continue to deliver for Easton the mandates that gave their party its historic near-sweep of municipal offices last year.

“We respectfully and humbly understand that mandate and will continue to deliver for Easton with exemplary candidates and a shared dedication to ensuring Easton remains a well-run, welcoming town,” said DeWester

State Rep. Anne Hughes was endorsed for re-election to represent the 135th House District, which serves Easton, Weston, and Redding.  She is currently running unopposed.
