NAFTrack Students’ Back-To-School Glow Up is Coming

After nearly two years of research and design, development, and testing, the new “NAFTrack Students” digital experience is here! Featuring a brand-new aesthetic and information-rich landing page, NAFTrack Students puts better tools into the hands of each learner to take charge of their pathway forward.

In 2023, NAF introduced our Outcomes-Driven Work-Based Learning (ODWBL) approach, and along with it, a new set of resources and tools to support more students participating in high-quality and impactful WBL activities throughout their academy experience. This fall, NAF is making the pursuit of students’ Aspirations, Skills, and Connections even easier and much more fun!

Five things we think students will love about logging into NAFTrack Students:

  1. Personalization options – such as choosing their own Avatar and preferred name, means that students control their digital experience more than in the previous platform. In the setup process, we encourage users to name their college and career aspirations, an element that can be updated as their experiences inform how they see their journey ahead.

2. All of the info students need, in one place – Surveys, reflection forms, educator feedback, opportunity announcements, and more, right up front on the landing that supports their academy experiences.

3. Information Visualized – Every user’s login page will be packed with information to help them visualize what they’ve accomplished so far, and plan for what’s next in their journey ahead.

4. Students take control of their experiences, completing WBL Reflection Forms, reviewing mentor feedback, and expressing their perspectives through NAF’s Student Survey all in one “Activities” page.

5. Easy ways to follow up with opportunities and updates through NAFTrack Announcements, and an easy way to document and keep the important connections they’re building in their WBL experiences.

HOW CAN YOU HELP? Log In Day One! We want every NAF Academy Student to see the new NAFTrack Students early in the year to help them get the most from the platform. Help us by making a short “Do Now” activity for your students by logging in right away.

How can educators learn more about the new system? We hoped you’d ask – NAF Support is working on a bevy of materials and opportunities to get you acquainted with the new system; you can start with the Welcome article here.
